Organization Description

Since 1996, La Cité des Rocheuses has been promoting cultural enrichment, and intercultural and multidisciplinary dialogue in French in Calgary. La Cité des Rocheuses coordinates and presents numerous cultural, artistic, and educational events for the community and youth of the Calgary region.
Our mission is to provide a gathering place and services for the public, and to present artistic, cultural and community-based programs in French, while paying particular attention to youth.

Our Francophone Newcomers Centre offer settlement and orientation services as well as practical information to newcomers in Alberta.

We offer French classes to adult permanent residents. It allows them to acquire basic language skills in French.
